Create a medical record
Step 1: Register the patient
- Go to Patients in the sidebar
- Click + New patient
- Fill in basic data (name, date of birth, sex, phone)
- Click Save
The system will automatically create the record with a consecutive number (EXP-YYYY-NNNNN).
